Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website www.cmcapital-lu.com, auf der ein Unternehmen Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbietet und vorgibt, in der Rue Notre-Dame 31, Luxemburg, ansässig zu sein.
Die CSSF informiert die Öffentlichkeit darüber, dass das Unternehmen, das sich auf dieser Website als CM Capital präsentiert, nicht von der CSSF reguliert wird und ihm keine Genehmigung zur Erbringung von Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder anderen Finanzdienstleistungen in oder von Luxemburg aus erteilt wurde.
Die CSSF weist darauf hin, dass die luxemburgische Gesellschaft CM Capital S.A. in keinem Zusammenhang mit der in dieser Warnung genannten Website steht.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.cmcapital-lu.com, where an entity offers investment services and pretends to be established at 31 rue Notre-Dame, Luxembourg.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as CM Capital is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF would like to point out that the Luxembourg company CM Capital S.A. is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
