The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.luxxcapital.com where an entity, which presents itself under the name of LuxxCapital, claims to be established at Regus Kirchberg City Centre 3rd floor, 2540 Luxembourg, and at 13 avenue de la Porte-Neuve, L-2227 Luxembourg, respectively, and offers trading services by referring to the company Luxembourg Capital S.A.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as LuxxCapital is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg specialised investment fund Luxembourg Capital S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds is not connected with the website referred to in this warning.
