Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website www.luxnordicwm.com, auf der ein Unternehmen Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbietet, indem es den Namen und die Adresse der Wertpapierfirma LUX NORDIC WEALTH MANAGEMENT S.A. missbraucht.
Die CSSF weist darauf hin, dass die nach luxemburgischem Recht gegründete Wertpapierfirma LUX NORDIC WEALTH MANAGEMENT S.A., die in Luxemburg ordnungsgemäß zugelassen ist und der Aufsicht der CSSF unterliegt, nicht mit der oben genannten Website verbunden ist

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.luxnordicwm.com where an entity offers investment services by misusing the name and the address of the investment firm LUX NORDIC WEALTH MANAGEMENT S.A.
The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm incorporated under Luxembourg law LUX NORDIC WEALTH MANAGEMENT S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the CSSF’s supervision, is not related to the aforementioned website.
