Unbekannte Personen auch unaufgefordert Kontakt mit potenziellen Investoren über das E-Mail-Adressformat Vorname.Nachname@souverainpe.com.
Die CSSF informiert die Öffentlichkeit, dass das Unternehmen, das sich auf dieser Website als Sovereign Private Equity SA präsentiert, nicht von der CSSF reguliert wird und keine Genehmigung für die Erbringung von Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder anderen Finanzdienstleistungen in oder von Luxemburg aus besitzt.

Unknown persons also unsolicited contact with potential investors using the email address format Firstname.Lastname@souverainpe.com.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself on this website as Sovereign Private Equity SA is not regulated by the CSSF and does not have any authorization for the provision of investment services or other financial services. in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF would like to point out that the risk capital investment company incorporated under Luxembourg law, Souverain Private Equity SA, SICAR, duly authorized in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the law of June 15, 2004 relating to the Luxembourg capital investment company. risk (SICAR), has no link with the website targeted by the warning.

La CSSF informe le public que l’entité qui se présente sur ce site Internet comme Souverain Private Equity S.A. n’est pas régulée par la CSSF et ne dispose d’aucun agrément pour la prestation de services d’investissement ou d’autres services financiers au ou à partir du Luxembourg.
