The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.rivafinancialsystems.com, where an entity presents itself as “Riva financial systems”, offers investment services and pretends to be established at 6A route de Trèves, L-2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg.
The CSSF informs the public that the above entity referred to on the website www.rivafinancialsystems.com is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website www.rivafinancialsystems.com, auf der sich ein Unternehmen als „Riva Financial Systems“ präsentiert, Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbietet und vorgibt, an der 6A Route de Trèves, L- 2633 Senningerberg, Luxemburg.
Die CSSF informiert die Öffentlichkeit darüber, dass das oben genannte Unternehmen, auf das auf der Website www.rivafinancialsystems.com verwiesen wird, ihr unbekannt ist, dass es nicht von der CSSF reguliert wird und dass ihr keine Genehmigung zur Erbringung von Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder anderen Finanzdienstleistungen in erteilt wurde oder aus Luxemburg.
