Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor den Aktivitäten einer Gesellschaft mit der Bezeichnung Cryptominingoptionsignal, welche auf ihrer Internetseite (https://cryptominingoptionsignal.com) vorgibt, in Luxemburg zugelassen zu sein („licensed in Luxembourg“).

Die CSSF informiert die Öffentlichkeit, dass die Gesellschaft mit der Bezeichnung Cryptominingoptionsignal über keine Genehmigung verfügt, um Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder andere Finanzdienstleistungen in oder von Luxemburg aus anzubieten.
