Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor den Aktivitäten einer Einrichtung namens „Grandefex“ (Website: www.grandefex.com), die Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbietet und vorgibt, in 412, route d’Esch, L-1471 Luxemburg.
Die CSSF teilt der Öffentlichkeit mit, dass ihr ein Unternehmen namens „Grandefex“ unbekannt ist, dass es nicht von der CSSF reguliert wird und dass ihr keine Genehmigung zur Erbringung von Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder anderen Finanzdienstleistungen in oder von Luxemburg aus erteilt wurde.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named “Grandefex” (website: www.grandefex.com), which offers investment services and pretends to be established at 412, route d’Esch, L-1471 Luxembourg.
The CSSF informs the public that an entity named “Grandefex” is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
