Die österreichische FMA hatte vor über einem Jahr vor dem Unternehmen und der Webseite gewarnt. Später hatte dann die deutsche BaFin dem Unternehmen gegenüber gleich zweimal und anscheinend ohne Erfolg, da die Seite noch immer existiert, die Einstellung des unerlaubt betriebenen Einlagengeschäftes angeordnet.

Nun hat auch die portugiesische Finanzmarktaufsicht CMVM eine Warnung vor der Webseite libramarkets.com (E-Mail: support@libramarkets.info, verification@libramarkets.info, Tel.: +442039664432) ausgesprochen und darauf hingewiesen, dass die Betreiber nicht zu Finanzgeschäften berechtigt sind:

The CMVM warns investors to the fact that Libra Markets, with the website https://libramarkets.com/ is neither authorised nor registered to carry out any type of financial intermediation activity in Portugal, under article 295(1)(a) and (b) of the Portuguese Securities Code.

The CMVM clarifies that this entity is not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for clients aimed into financial intermediation contracts.
