Die Setonix Holding LTD ist Betreiber der Handelsplattform www.obsbit.com für finanzielle Differenzkontrakte (Contracts for Difference – CFD), Devisen, binäre Optionen und Kryptowährungen. In diesem Zusammenhang nimmt das Unternehmen fremde Gelder als Einlagen oder andere unbedingt rückzahlbare Gelder des Publikums an.

Damit betreibt die Setonix Holding LTD das Einlagengeschäft ohne die erforderliche Erlaubnis der BaFin.

Dieser Bescheid ist von Gesetzes wegen sofort vollziehbar, jedoch noch nicht bestandskräftig.

By decision of 5 February 2019, BaFin prohibited Setonix Holding LTD from taking deposits and ordered its immediate settlement.

Setonix Holding LTD operates the www.obsbit.com trading platform for contracts for difference (CFD), foreign exchange, binary options and cryptocurrencies. In this context, the company accepts foreign funds as deposits or other unconditionally repayable funds of the public.

As a result, Setonix Holding LTD operates the deposit business without the required BaFin approval.

This decision is immediately enforceable by law, but not yet final.

Por decisión del 5 de febrero de 2019, BaFin prohibió a Setonix Holding LTD tomar depósitos y ordenó su liquidación inmediata.

Setonix Holding LTD opera la plataforma de comercio www.obsbit.com para contratos por diferencia (CFD), divisas, opciones binarias y criptomonedas. En este contexto, la compañía acepta fondos extranjeros como depósitos u otros fondos incondicionalmente reembolsables del público.

Como resultado, Setonix Holding LTD opera el negocio de depósitos sin la aprobación requerida de BaFin.
