Dear President Trump,
Dear Prime Minister Netanyahu,

You chose escalation.
The rest of the world got the bill.

What you call “strength” and “security” has become a global price shock: higher fuel costs, rising food prices, disrupted supply chains, inflation, and economic damage far beyond the battlefield.

This war may have been decided in Washington and Jerusalem.
But the price is being paid in Berlin, Paris, Rome, Madrid, Warsaw — and in every supermarket, factory, and household now facing higher costs because of your decisions.

No one asked Europe’s citizens whether they were willing to pay more for:

heating
electricity
fuel
groceries
transport
fertilizers
packaging
and the next energy bill inflated by your war

So here is the most honest question of this conflict:

Where exactly should Europe’s harmed citizens send the invoice?

To the White House?
To the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel?
To the Pentagon?
Or is there already a department for collateral inflation, exploding energy bills, and the economic fallout of political recklessness?

If you insist this war was necessary, then show the courage to accept its consequences.

That means responsibility for:

global economic destabilization
inflationary spillovers
disrupted trade routes
rising energy costs
indirect civilian suffering
and the financial burden imposed on millions of innocent people who were never consulted

Mr. Trump: slogans are not strategy.
Mr. Netanyahu: permanent escalation is not security.

History may remember you as decisive.
But it may also remember you as two leaders who confused escalation with leadership, spectacle with strategy, and power with wisdom.

Until then, one practical question remains:

Where should Europe’s citizens send the invoice for the extra costs caused by your war — and when exactly do you intend to pay it?
