The investment being offered shows signs of unauthorised collection of funds from the public, i.e. an activity which is fully regulated in the Czech Republic. However, INVESTMENT AND TRADING CAPITAL LIMITED has no authorisation from the Czech National Bank and is not authorised to collect funds from the public in the Czech Republic.
