National Bank of Pakistan, Filiale Frankfurt am Main: BaFin ordnet Kreditverbot an

Die BaFin hat am 6. Februar 2019 gegen die National Bank of Pakistan, Filiale Frankfurt am Main, ein Kreditverbot verhängt.

Das Institut hatte durch die Verletzung des Vieraugenprinzips gem. § 33 Abs. 1 Nr. 5 KWG gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Abs. 1 KWG verstoßen. Die Anordnung ergeht auf Basis des § 45b Abs. 1 Nr. 3 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) in Verbindung mit § 19 Abs. 1 KWG.

Der Bescheid ist seit dem 7. März 2019 bestandskräftig.
