Die österreichische Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde (FMA) kann gemäß § 4 Abs. 7 1. Satz Bankwesengesetz (BWG) durch Kundmachung im Internet, Abdruck im „Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung“ oder in einer Zeitung mit Verbreitung im gesamten Bundesgebiet die Öffentlichkeit informieren, dass eine namentlich genannte natürliche oder juristische Person (Person) zur Vornahme bestimmter Bankgeschäfte nicht berechtigt ist, sofern diese Person dazu Anlass gegeben hat und eine Information der Öffentlichkeit erforderlich und im Hinblick auf mögliche Nachteile des Betroffenen verhältnismäßig ist.
Mit Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung vom 07.Juli 2018 teilt die FMA daher mit, dass der unbekannte Betreiber der Internetseite

The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may inform the public in accordance with § 4 para. 7 1st sentence Banking Act (BWG) by publication on the Internet, reprint in the „Official Gazette of the Wiener Zeitung“ or in a newspaper with distribution throughout the Federal territory that a named natural person or legal entity (person) is not authorized to carry out certain banking transactions, provided that the person has given rise to it and information is required from the public and proportionate to possible disadvantages for the person concerned.
With announcement in the official gazette to the Viennese newspaper of 07.July 2018 the FMA informs therefore that the unknown operator of the web page
