Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website www.lunav-invest.com, auf der ein Unternehmen namens „Lunav-Invest“ Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbietet, darunter insbesondere ein sogenanntes Terminsparkonto namens „Lunav Invest“. 2021“ und gibt vor, in 11, avenue de la Porte Neuve, L-2227 Luxemburg ansässig zu sein.
Die CSSF teilt der Öffentlichkeit mit, dass ihr die Gesellschaft mit dem Namen „Lunav-Invest“ unbekannt ist, dass sie nicht von der CSSF reguliert wird und dass ihr keine Genehmigung zur Erbringung von Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder anderen Finanzdienstleistungen in oder von Luxemburg aus erteilt wurde.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.lunav-invest.com where an entity named “Lunav-Invest” offers investment services, including in particular a so-called term savings account called “Lunav Invest 2021”, and pretends to be established at 11, avenue de la Porte Neuve, L-2227 Luxembourg.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity named “Lunav-Invest” is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
