Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website www.alphaonecm.com, auf der ein Unternehmen Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbietet und vorgibt, von der CSSF reguliert zu werden und seinen Sitz in 44, Boulevard Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, L- 1330 Luxemburg.
Die CSSF informiert die Öffentlichkeit darüber, dass das Unternehmen, das sich auf dieser Website als Alpha One Capital Management präsentiert, nicht von der CSSF reguliert wird und keine Genehmigung zur Erbringung von Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder anderen Finanzdienstleistungen in oder von Luxemburg aus erhalten hat.
Die CSSF weist darauf hin, dass die Gesellschaft AlphaOne Capital Management S.à r.l. die bei der CSSF als Verwalter alternativer Investmentfonds gemäß Artikel 3 Absatz 3 des Gesetzes vom 12. Juli 2013 über Verwalter alternativer Investmentfonds registriert ist, steht in keinem Zusammenhang mit der in dieser Warnung genannten Website.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.alphaonecm.com where an entity offers investment services and pretends to be regulated by the CSSF and to be established at 44, Boulevard Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, L-1330 Luxembourg.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself of this website as Alpha One Capital Management is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF would like to specify that the company AlphaOne Capital Management S.à r.l. which is registered with the CSSF as an alternative investment fund manager under Article 3(3) of the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
