The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website https://immomagtib.com where an entity claims to offer investment services under the name Immo Magtib.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as Immo Magtib is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg incorporated company Immo Magtib S.à r.l. is not related to the above-mentioned website.
