The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named 1875-Finance Invest (clone of an existing company) which claims to be established at
41, boulevard Prince Henri, L-1724 Luxembourg (website:www.1875-financeinvest.com).
According to the information available to the CSSF, this entity offers investment services to the contacted persons. The CSSF informs the public that 1875-Finance Invest has not been granted the authorisation required to providefinancial services in or from Luxembourg. The CSSF would like to clarify that the investment company 1875 Finance (Luxembourg) S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg under the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subject to the supervision of the CSSF, has no connection with the entity referred to in the warning.
