Die BaFin hat der Unique Global Consulting (PTY) Ltd. mit Sitz in Johannesburg, Südafrika, mit Bescheid vom 12. Juli 2018 aufgegeben, das Einlagengeschäft einzustellen und abzuwickeln.
Das Unternehmen, das früher unter Unique Global Investment GmbH firmierte, betreibt die Internetseite www.ugi.direct. Im Rahmen von Mitgliedschaftskonten auf dieser Seite wirbt das Unternehmen für Investmentpakete und garantiert die Rückzahlung der investierten Kundengelder. Damit betreibt die Unique Global Consulting (PTY) Ltd. das Einlagengeschäft ohne die erforderliche Erlaubnis der BaFin.
Das Unternehmen behauptet auf seiner Seite wahrheitswidrig, mit der BaFin zusammenzuarbeiten und dort Anpassungen aufgrund der Vorgaben der BaFin vorzunehmen. Ebenso falsch ist die Behauptung, die Seite sei derzeit „bis zur Freigabe durch die BaFin“ gesperrt, so dass Kunden vorübergehend einen anderen Link nutzen sollten. Es wird keine Freigabe der Seite durch die BaFin erfolgen.
Der Bescheid der BaFin ist von Gesetzes wegen sofort vollziehbar, jedoch noch nicht bestandskräftig.

Wir hoffen dann natürlich, das das Unternehmen dieser Aufforderung zur Rückzahlung der Gelder wirklich nachkommt, finazielle auch nachkommen kann. Die Befürchtungen aus der Vergangenheit zu ähnlichen Vorgängen geben dann wenig Anlass zur Hoffnung.

The BaFin has the Unique Global Consulting (PTY) Ltd. based in Johannesburg, South Africa, by decision dated 12 July 2018, to cease and execute the deposit business.
The company, formerly known as Unique Global Investment GmbH, operates the website www.ugi.direct. As part of membership accounts on this site, the company promotes investment packages and guarantees the repayment of invested client funds. Thus, Unique Global Consulting (PTY) Ltd. operates. the deposit business without the required permission from BaFin.
On its side, the company claims to be untrustworthy, to cooperate with BaFin and to make adjustments there on the basis of BaFin specifications. Equally false is the claim that the site is currently „closed until released by the BaFin“, so that customers should temporarily use a different link. There will be no release of the website by BaFin.
The decision of BaFin is immediately enforceable by law, but not yet final.
