The Polish Financial Supervision Authority“ KNF”) would like to alert all recipients that Atlantic Global Asset Management S.A.with its registered office at Edificio BAI Center, 2 Piso,

Direito Avenida Cidade de Lisboa, C.P. 377 Republic of Cabo Verde www.atlanticgam.es does not have the KNF’s license for performing banking activities, particularly accepting

funds in order to extend loans or cash advances or expose such funds to risk. Therefore the KNF has filed a notification of suspicion of committing an offence specified in Article 171.1

of the Act dated 29 August 1997 on Banking Law and submitted it to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.

Furthermore Atlantic Global Asset Management S.A. does not have a license for conducting activities concerning depositing funds into securities, financial market instruments and other property rights. Therefore the KNF has filed a notification of suspicion of committing an offence specified in Article 287 of the Act dated 27 May 2004 on Investment Funds and

submitted it to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.

Therefore we have added this entity to our list of unauthorized firms operating in Poland. This list can be found at:
